    ATLANTA, GA, March 12, 2019 /24-7PressRelease/ — The Ackerman/Pioneer Land Advisory Group represented Bunn Family LLC in the sale of a 243.6-acre residential land parcel in Locust Grove, Ga., for $4,227,188 ($17,350 per acre). Texas-based LGI Homes purchased the property with plans to develop 379 detached single-family homes.

The Ackerman/Pioneer Land Advisory Group’s John Speros, JT Speros and Kyle Gable brokered the sale.
