Homebuilding Experience Management Firm Eliant Names Pardee Homes’ Customer Service Rep a Winner at 23rd Annual Homebuyers’ Choice Awards 2019

For 2019, the winning builders were determined by analyzing the results of 125,000 surveys administered to homebuyers from more than 150 major homebuilders across the U.S.

Coates, who has been part of the Pardee Homes Inland Empire team for four years and the San Diego team for more than six years prior, received second place in the High-Volume Survey Response category. Pardee’s Inland Empire team also received an Honorable Mention award for First Year Customer Service Experience in the High-Volume Builder category.
